KEVIN EARLY – Chief Executive Officer

Born in Oakland, Calif., Kevin and his family moved to Nashville in 1970. After experiencing a family members illness that could likely have been prevented with quality products and ingredients, Kevin went looking for natural supplements that were made of the absolute best ingredients available. When he connected with Derek Holm and Dylan Schmoldt, he knew he had found a winning combination and his life’s mission became helping others to #FindYourFeelBetter. When a crisis occurs, he is there to lend a helping hand and share his experience as well as his resources and when COVID-19 struck he knew he had to find a way to bring Hope to the community, and to the world and the #DoYouNEO? campaign was born. Kevin and the Neogenics team want to encourage others that you can be successful no matter what is happening around the world. We are all in this together. #HopeIsOnTheWay

JEANNE GOSKIE – President

Jeanne is a dynamic, relationally-driven leader committed to reaching real results. With more than 20 years’ experience in the social selling industry, and five years in professional consulting, she’s helped many all over the world develop and drive their own successful businesses. She’s a true believer in the social selling model and its ability to open doors for anyone willing to share.

Jeanne says she’s only discovered her best life recently, which explains why her favorite quote of all-time is, “It’s never too late to discover who you can be.”

DYLAN SCHMOLDT – Chief Operations Officer

Dylan brings a diverse background in various leadership roles to the Neogenics team. With more than 10 years in customer service and technology fields, he strives to create impactful and long- lasting relationships with our Team Members and Customers. He achieves this by developing unrivaled experiences, whether it’s when they talk on the phone with a Customer Service agent or use our mobile app or website.

DEREK HOLM – Chief Development Officer

Derek started his journey in the world of supplements working on a semi-automatic capsule machine. Spurred by absolute boredom, but having found a passion for the industry, Derek worked his way through manufacturing and into packaging. From there he was hands-on in quality control, FDA compliance, formulating, flavoring, sourcing, etc. Now, after more than 15 years in the industry, Derek has become extremely experienced in just about every aspect of dietary supplements.

FRANK CUTHBERTSON – Chief Financial Officer

Frank is a graduate of Middle Tennessee University, holding a bachelor’s degree in business. He grew up in Chicago, where he owned and operated his first company at the age of 22. He successfully built and expanded the small construction company before selling it and moving to Nashville in 2001. Once in Nashville, Frank spent some time in the financial industry and then transitioned to one of the largest Telcom companies in the world. His time in Telcom was primarily spent budgeting and forecasting alongside government agencies such as the Department of Defense, Army, Navy, and Marines.

ANGELA MORRISON – Vice President of Field Development

Angela is a people-focused leader, bringing to the Neogenics team 15 years of experience developing organizations of independent business owners across North America. She’s passionate about the social selling channel and believes in the power of building a life by building relationships. Angela is a life-long learner with a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) as well as a certification as Personal Branding Strategist (CPBS). While she holds a degree in Business Administration, it was her undergrad studies in Social Psychology that triggered her interest in understanding how people are motivated.
